Domestic Orders
How do I qualify for free shipping?
- We offer free shipping on all US orders.
When will my order ship and where does October Beauty ship from?
- Due to the evolving Covid-19 situation, it may take us a little longer than usual to ship your order and process returns. Thank you for your patience. If you have any questions or concerns, please contact us at customerservice@octoberbeautyusa.com and we will get back to you as soon as possible.
- Orders are processed and shipped out on business days (Monday through Friday), excluding holidays. Orders will usually be processed within 24-48 hours and shipped on the following business day. Once shipped, a confirmation email with tracking information will be emailed to the email address you provided us at checkout.
- October Beauty ships from California, USA.
International Orders
Does October Beauty ship internationally?
- Yes, we ship WORLDWIDE. The rate to ship to international countries is based on the order weight and destination.
- Orders are processed and shipped out on business days (Monday through Friday), excluding holidays. Orders will usually be processed within 24 hours and shipped on the following business day. Once shipped, a confirmation email with tracking information will be emailed to the email address you provided us at checkout.
Is my package subject to customs fees and/or duty taxes?
- Your package may be subject to import duties, taxes, and/or charges. October Beauty is not responsible for customs fees or duty taxes.
Cancellations, Returns, Incorrect Shipments
Can I cancel or change my order?
- October Beauty cannot change an order once it has been placed. This includes adding or removing any items in the order, or changing the shipping method.
- If you need to update you address or cancel an order, email us at customerservice@octoberbeautyusa.com. Our customer service team will do their best to stop the order, but this is not guaranteed.
What is the return policy?
- Your 100% satisfaction is important to us. US return shipping is free of charge and on us. October Beauty allows 30 day returns.
- Please email returns@octoberbeautyusa.com and we will email you a label for free return shipping. Please note that the original shipping costs cannot be refunded.
- We do not accept returns or exchanges on international orders and shipments at this time.
My order arrived but something is missing, incorrect, or damaged.
- If your package arrives and is missing an item, has incorrect items or any damage to the items, email immediately to customerservice@octoberbeautyusa.com. Also, please include photos of your packing slip and any damage.
Is the product I received expired?
- Each product has its own PAO (period-after-opening) date in which the product should be used. The time is indicated in months with a printed symbol of an open jar on the packaging and the product itself.

Does October Beauty offer any promotional or discount codes?
- October Beauty offers all first-time buyers 10% off their first order when you sign up for our mailing list located at the bottom of our website. Make sure to check your spam/junk folders just in case! Subscribe to receive updates, access to exclusive deals, and more!
Does October Beauty offer gift cards, gift receipts, or gift wrapping?
- October Beauty is delighted to offer e-gift cards that you can purchase and email to the recipient of your choice.
What payment methods does October Beauty accept?
- We accept credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, JCB), PayPal, Apple Pay, and Shop Pay. We will only charge you once your order is shipped. Please only click on the payment button once to avoid multiple transactions.
Cruelty-Free Status
Is October Beauty cruelty-free?
- October Beauty does not test on animals.
